Under the naming "Old Roses" are included approximately 10000 variety varieties. In history, one has cultivated the rose, not only for its appearance in the garden, but also for its perfume. The magnificent perfumed rose, such as the Damas or the Cent Feuilles, are still used nowadays for the production of rose extracts, whose profits and qualities are not equalled by any other modern hybrid. Generally, a rose is said "OLD" when she was created before 1920.
